Due to the support measures during this COVID period, the Knokke-Heist local council stepped up its coaching project. Through this project, almost every merchant can request a maximum of 8 hours of guidance per calendar year. The project has been running for several years and with success! Many applications for a personal expert have already been submitted.
Support in various areas
The coaches offer tailor-made advice for local merchants, and it’s completely free! You can request a personal expert for various topics such as shop layout, product range, social media/marketing, experience, hospitality, and digital innovation. The number of coaching hours has increased from 4 to 8 hours due to the economic recovery plan. As a local merchant, you can opt for 4 hours. If you want more time, this can be increased to a maximum of 8 hours.
